SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Referral Program
These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the Referral Program (the “Program”), which rewards registered Users who refer Mare Vera and meet certain usage requirements as detailed herein.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Specific Terms and Conditions must be read, understood, and accepted by the User, together with the “General Terms and Conditions” and the Privacy Policy. Any matter not provided for in these Specific Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation, those relating to liability and indemnification and definitions. In the event of any discrepancy between the General Terms and Conditions and the Specific Terms and Conditions, the provisions set forth in the Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
1. ACCEPTANCE AND CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
Any person who accesses the program and registers following the steps thereof will be called a “Referrer User” and by using the program the User expressly accepts these Particular Terms and Conditions which are mandatory for him/her.
2. CAPACITY AND REGISTRATION. PRIVACY AND INFORMATION PROTECTION
The Program is available exclusively to Mare Vera customers. Individuals who do not meet the requirements outlined in the "Eligibility" and "Registration" sections of the General Terms and Conditions will not be eligible to access and/or receive the benefits of the Referral Program.
3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
All users who have purchased a lot at Mare Vera can participate in the Program by referring their acquaintances who have not yet purchased; these individuals will be designated as Referring Users. A referral is considered effective when someone purchases a lot. In this way, the referring user will receive compensation.
4. OF THE BENEFITS
The Referent will have access to the following benefits when the conditions set out in point 5 are met.

5. ACCESS TO BENEFITS
The referrer will be notified when their referral has purchased one lot. The earned amount will be automatically debited from their last monthly payment. If they have completed all payments and have no outstanding balance, they can receive the compensation (i) in cash; (ii) in their bank account.
6. DEADLINE
The Program will be in effect from March 15, 2024 at 0hs (MEX) until 23:59hs (MEX) on December 31, 2024.
7. OF THE AFOREMENTIONED
The Referred User will also automatically access the benefits provided in point 4 simply by purchasing a lot at Mare Vera.
