SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Referral Program
These terms and conditions (the "Specific Terms and Conditions") shall apply to the Referral Program (the "Program"), which rewards registered Users who recommend Mare Vera and who meet certain usage requirements as detailed herein.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Specific Terms and Conditions must be read, understood, and accepted by the User, together with the "General Terms and Conditions", the Privacy Policy. Any matters not addressed in these Specific Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, the provisions regarding liability and indemnification and definitions. In the event of any discrepancy between the General Terms and Conditions and the Specific Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
1. ACCEPTANCE AND CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
Any person who accesses the program and registers by following the required steps shall be referred to as a 'Referring User,' and by using the program, the User expressly accepts these Specific Terms and Conditions, which are binding and mandatory.
2. CAPACITY AND REGISTRATION. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
The Program is available exclusively to Mare Vera buyers. Persons who do not meet the conditions set forth in the 'Capacity' and 'Registration' sections of the General Terms and Conditions shall not be able to access and/or obtain the benefits of the Referral Program.
3. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
All users who have purchased a lot in Mare Vera may participate in the Program by referring their acquaintances who have not yet made a purchase; such users shall be considered Referring Users. A referral is deemed effective when the referred person purchases a lot. In this manner, the Referring User shall receive the corresponding compensation.
4. BENEFITS
The Referring User shall access the following benefits when the conditions set forth in section 5 are met.

| 4th lot sold | $100,000 |
| 5th lot sold | $130,000 |

5. ACCESS TO BENEFITS
The Referring User shall be notified when their referral has purchased a lot. The amount earned shall be automatically debited from the Referring User's final monthly installment. In the event that all payments have been completed and no balance is owed, the compensation may be received (i) in cash; or (ii) via bank transfer.
6. TERM
The Program shall be in effect from March 15, 2024, at 12:00 AM (MEX) until 11:59 PM (MEX) on December 31, 2024.
7. REFERRALS
The Referred User shall also access the benefits set forth in section 4 automatically by virtue of purchasing a lot in Mare Vera.
